  • Municipalities likely don't have IDIR or BCeID, might be a wild west in terms of rules
  • May have to setup different municipality rules per each municipality (i.e. how do we stop the Vancouver municipality from ruling on Victoria cases? Do municipalities have to be segregated into their own groups? Would be massively more work).
