Describe the task
Ability to send emails, potentially from gov address.

Should look at CHES (like CHEFS but for email, common bc gov emailing service).

Acceptance Criteria

Ability to send email from Camunda working on local
Envs securely configured
OpenShift Configuration

Additional context

What email should we use? What's process with CHES? Can we get a noreply@gov?
CHES does not handle reading user inbound replies, just sending emails out to users, I believe, but works fine for notifications.

TODO - Create a POC task in workflow for sending email prior to estimating this.
