Support for Technica CM CAN COMBO

With record and playback possibilities using the web gui

Get going

To get it running - make sure to replace eth0 with your interface name (for raspberry pi use wlan0)

The node connected to Technica CM CAN COMBO box needs to run the following [executable].(https://github.com/beamylabs/beamylabs-start/blob/master/scripts/technica/technica.py)
(https://github.com/beamylabs/beamylabs-start/tree/master/scripts/technica) - select the proper binary for your runtime

Update your interfaces by adding the key namespace as in:
