HGET、GET等 接收泛型参数的方法。泛型类型为值类型，并且结果为null时。类型转换报null引用

麻烦把详细的使用用例代码发上来，方便调试。
最好在单元测试项目中添加，提交PR

你好 ，已补充。发现了一个不太明白的新问题。
如果同时初始化多个连接，会出现 connect 127.0.0.1@6379 timeout! task status:WaitingToRun 的错误 。
也补充在PR中了，请教下这是什么问题
