provide alternative for non aspnet code

Hi there,

awesome library could you please provide a class the lets you monitor a call stuff that is not aspnet related.

i wanted to add this to my unittest to make shure nothing is blocking.

I copied over your code and instead of the middleware used a class that does the same but with an api

public async Task DetectBlockingCode(Funcfunc)

If thats not possible it would be nice if you could create an internal folder but make all classes in there public so there is no need for copy cat...
