Seeking fails due to service-worker middle layer #201

If you play the youtube stream directly in a chrome tab seeking works just fine, but when trying to play via the service worker in the Stretto it fails to seek (just hangs).

Tried out by sending request directly, but then offline support degraded.

Need to work out if maybe we can send a bunch of range requests like this approach. Keep running into CORs issues sending them from the service-worker manually though.
