This issue will track progress on implementing meta information such as page titles, descriptions, and more along with completing branding (icons, banners, etc.).

I've made a lot of progress on this recently, but forgot to document it. I'd say we're close to completing this. I just want to go over everything again and perhaps make some functions for gathering server names and such to use in the page title to remove duplicate code.
