Désagréable à utiliser, à la fois dans MPRA et dans Denormandie, quand on veut modifier le chiffre des milliers. Il faut pouvoir stocker en local la valeur 0000 sans mettre à jour la situation.

En fait @morganmerzouk je crois que j'avais déjà fait ce taf pour le composant Input du formulaire, et je ne l'avais pas repris sur la page scenarios MPRA... on doit pouvoir mutualiser ce composant.
