The GitHub Greenshot issue tracker is only ment for developers or translators (either team internal or contributors)! All issues here should be about how to contribute, the code itself, translations or Pull-Requests.
We have a certain workflow which is not covered by the Github issue system! Also we cannot track the massive amount of feature request here! (this is also why there is not a single link to Github on our site.)
