I've noticed that you create two issues, one on the RFC and one one on the CLI. Do you prefer to do it this way? I think we originally created all issues on biobxes/rfc when the project started but this might be a little cumbersome as the number of different repositories we have increases. Do you have a preference?
I would like to distinct between technical issues like updating a library or refactoring code in repositories like this one or the file-validator and issues that the other 22 watchers in bioboxes rfc repository I interested in. That's why I prefer to create multiple issues on different repositories.
see bioboxes/rfc#154
