unable to install usearch

Hi.

I'm trying to install usearch to run the chimeras identification but I couldn't do that. I followed the official page instruction. I've installed the software in the path $HOME/bin/usearch and using the symbolic link to the program with the command ln -s, and I used the PATH=$HOME/bin/usearch:$PATH command line, but any option is useful.

Can you help me to fix it?
