I encountered an issue while trying to install the MicroGES package. The installation process fails, and I receive an error message.

if (!require("devtools")) install.packages("devtools") devtools::install_github("bioinformatics-ua/MicroGES")

Error: Failed to install 'unknown package' from GitHub:
HTTP error 404.
Not Found

Did you spell the repo owner (bioinformatics-ua) and repo name (MicroGES) correctly?

  • If spelling is correct, check that you have the required permissions to access the repo.
