For example mine Litecoin with Dogecoin using the same hash power provided both coins are of the same algo, parent coin will be Litecoin and child Dogecoin.

Merged mining refers to the act of mining two or more cryptocurrencies at the same time, without sacrificing overall mining performance. Essentially, a miner can use their computational power to mine blocks on multiple chains concurrently through the use of what is known as Auxiliary Proof of Work (AuxPoW).

I see. In order to implement new feature like that, you need documentation and standard. Is there any documentation and standards available publicly? Because if this is just a proprietary standard and protocol created by ASIC manufacturers and their partners in crime, there is not much we can do to implement it inside miningcore.
