How to reproduce:
Have the RecordRTC plugin installed and enabled
Create a quiz with an essay question
Provide an answer in the quiz
Go to "Manual grading"
The feedback field doesn't have RecordRTC-buttons (video/audio) so the teacher can't send a spoken audio / video feedback to the students.
