Generic error message when we try to activate plugin without having WooCommerce plugin #357

Error shown in dashboard:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Error log:

PHP Fatal error:  Wordpress Bitcoin Payments - Blockonomics requires WooCommerce plugin to be installed and active.<br> in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/blockonomics-woocommerce/blockonomics-woocommerce.php on line 619, referer: http://localhost/wp-admin/plugins.php

Two possible solutions:

A detailed error message saying this plugin works with the WooCommerce plugin and that we need to install the WooCommerce plugin first.
We activate and in settings, we say to install/activate WooCommerce plugin.
