Other firmwares already have this, although for some reason they're not tied to the firmware versions.

Should be based on the parsing script
Likely need to create an emit_md.py, similar to the existing emit_rst.py
- May need to add some exception handling if older versions don't have all the same files
- May be worth linking to adding a new message dev docs, and UAV Log Viewer docs, although that may make more sense in a more general overview of logging / DataFlash logs
- submit PR to ArduPilot repo
  - Tools: logger_metadata: add emit_md ArduPilot/ardupilot#23680
  - Tools: logger_metadata: add emit_md.py ArduPilot/ardupilot#23681
