GPU doesnt seem to be running when it trains

I have a 3060 ti. I have followed the settings in this tutorial, and it seems as though in task manager that my GPU isn't actively running during training of the lora.

Is there some setting that I missed?

when running it, I get the CMD messages:

Also it has been reported in the comments that "Nvidia 3060 does 10 epochs in 10 hours with Network Rank 32 and Network Alpha 16 and 25 - 42 1024x1024 images in the dataset. It's a long time, but it manages." So I suspect that my 8gb RAM computer can still do training, but at a slow rate. It doesn't seem like it's being used when running it though.
