Feature Request: clickable "/lagg chunk" listpoints

With the /lagg chunk command you get a list of the lagging chinks line by line. It would be nice, if the staff can click on the lines and execute a RUN-COMMAND action for the player-command /lagg tpchunk <chunk>.

It's very helpful if the staff haven't a lot of time to fix a lag problem.

Maybe with a HOVER_MESSAGE: "&3Click to teleport to &7<chunk>"
