Hi Everyone!
I'm working with a client who currently is running a pretty old version of Bolt (v2.2.13) and the hardware it's currently installed on is scheduled to be retired. This old server was not very well maintained, so trying to clean house has been a challenge and it definitely doesn't help that I have zero experience with Bolt.
One idea was to possibly move what they have in Bolt right now to a new server, but as far as I can tell, the current version they're on is pretty old and they will need to do an upgrade from their v2.2.13 version to v3.7 and then to v5.0 according to this doc: https://docs.boltcms.io/5.0/upgrading/upgrading-from-30. However, I'm not quite finding info on migrating the data off of one server and onto another.
And since this current version of Bolt appears to be powered by Apache for the web server, I'm guessing that I'll need to have some kind of web service also running as well, like Apache, Nginx, or possibly Tomcat...and I'm guessing also needing a dedicated database for this web server as well? I'm seeing things regarding PostgreSQL, MySql, and MariaDB mentioned in the upgrade info.
Is there any documentation on migrating Bolt data to a new server environment? Or am I looking at possibly migrating using Wordpress tools to do some kind of import/export?
Thanks for the assist! Any and all info will be extremely helpful!
