Cant save config.yml, cant add attachment file to article and images. Still "saved"

Hello everyone! I use Bolt 3.7 and in backend I cant save the modifications anything config files. Also I cant Upload files (pdf) (still "saving....") and add images to articles, posts, etc. Suddenly it started doing it in all the installations I have. thank you for advance.
