Hi, I've developed an application using this package, and I'm planning to use it commercially. The application runs on a server, and clients interact with it. I'm uncertain if this counts as distribution? do I need to share my code with users or make the entire app open-source online?

Hi, I think that once you do an import phonemizer , you code must be GPL-licensed if distributed. See here for instance. By the way, phonemizer is based on espeak which is itself GPL-ed.
