Add additional columns for parsing #26

Change Sunrise Sunset column names to -> Start_Time / End_Time
Project Owner (e.g. Borevitz ). Since "User" Column is the person running experiment, Project_Owner is Lab PI or similar (primarily for the Traitcapture pipeline where we are sorting projects by lab leader)
