[Request]: Make runners and components updates a little easier

When I start Bottles I first go to settings and see, if there are updates for runners and dll components. If there is one I download it, but I can't delete the old ones, because some bottles are using the old runners/components.
Now I have to go through each bottle to see, if I have to update said parts. Then I can go back and delete the old runners/components.

Describe the solution you'd like

Either in Settings>Runners/Components make a button "Update all bottles" and/or indicate which bottles use the old runners/components.
