Add multiple "Executable" definitions in Manifests #Feature request

I'm currently working on an application (Fusion) that needs to define a second "Executable"
Please could it be made so that multiple Applications/"Executable" can be defined in the manifest of an application.
It also looks like the ability to mark an "Executable" as Hidden is also missing from both the Manifest and CLI
