Option to group entities by manufacturer

I just realized I have so many IoT devices that they are representing a significant consumption all together, so I would like to add a group of IoT devices to measure them in one item on the Energy dashboard.

This can be done by powercalc very nicely, but would be much much easier to add entities to the groups by including the manufacturer e.g. Shelly, esphome or tasmota. If this could be added, all new addition of such a device would be added automatically to the measured IoT group.

The same would be useful to measure all lights in one entity. Manufacturer of smart bulbs are also known and could be easily added this way into the group.

Is this only me, or someone else would be interested in this as well?
