allow create_utility_meters sensor override

to be able to point create these for a smaller subset of sensors

use case: using:

  create_utility_meters: true
  utility_meter_types:
    - hourly
    - daily
    - monthly
    - yearly

for all my light, I dont want that for several other devices, like a media_player or a few fixed devices. An additional option in that config like

  - platform: powercalc
    entity_id: media_player.symfonisk
    name: Symfonisk player
    create_utility_meters: false
    fixed:
      states_power:
        playing: 8.3
        paused: 2.25
        idle: 1.5

would be very welcome,

magic, Ive dld the 209 edits, and confirm its working fine.

could you add another improvement please:

utility_meter_types override, so we can do:

  utility_meter_types:
    - hourly
    - daily

in the sensor config, while the global settings would be eg:

  utility_meter_types:
    - hourly
    - daily
    - monthly
    - yearly

or any other combination ofc.

Did you forget to add the utility_meter_types: for the sensor config, to override the types set in the global config, or is it simply not in the documentation yet.
