Possibility to use custom_model_directory as a global config

We can assume that users do not have more than one custom models main directory (with models in subdirectories).
So can we have the possibility to config it globally?

Yes I will consider this.
Maybe we can define a certain directory by convention, so we don't need to have more configuration options.
For example config/powercalc-custom-models

The component will first look in config/powercalc-custom-models and when not found in config/custom_components/powercalc/data

This also allows to override a certain model.

Yes. That, most probably, could be even better to have a fixed directory.
The best, for order, if that could be somewhere in /config/custom_components/powercalc/, it possible regarding updates.

It must be outside custom_components directory as these are managed by HACS and will be overwritten whenever you do a upgrade of the powercalc component. I will have a look if other components do something similar and if there is some kind of convention into the directory naming.

You can define your models in config/powercalc-custom-models.

        - brightness.csv.gz

Great that compatible with hitherto documentation folder suggestion. I can but do not have to change anything in config.
