Hi, I like to understand why homeassistant sometimes suggest du add a powecalc sensor for a power plug with messurement and sometimes not. |

You can have a look here for the library: Powercalc looks at both
You can enable debug logging for Powercalc and see why it is not discovered. Please share the manufacturer / model which was not discovered and what you expect and let's see what's missing. |

I have added aliases for the NOUS A1Z with #2382. That should make the NOUS A1Z correctly discovered in your installation.
TS011F seems more of a generic Zigbee model description, which can actually be a lot of different smart plugs.
Both the Tuya TS011F and NOUS A1Z have very similar measurements. 0.1/0.13 and 0.39/0.4.
But I'm not sure if this is the case for all possible TS011F by all these different vendors.
Do you have any power meter lying around which you can do the measurements for the _TZ3000_w0qqde0g plug?
