Adding all energy sensors for all real power sensors

Hey there, I tried to search everywhere but I did not find anything.
I have several wiz smart plugs and created integral sensors and utility meters manual in my yaml.

But I would like to let powercalc to do the work.
I do not quite understand if there is a possibility to add all my smart plugs without having to list every single device.

@SirNoName2705 Maybe not what you want to here, but there is no option yet to define that globally. Also have no plans to add that short term. It's also very hard one to implement as it's very difficult to robustly check if a given power entity has a corresponding kWh sensor and or utility meter already. Could be a user already setup a riemann sensor, or an integration providing a kWh meter already (for example shelly plug). And it's unwanted that powercalc creates duplicates.

Yeah sure I understand that. You could firstly implement it as an action so that the user is forced to accept the fact that there might be duplicates but yeah its your project and you have other priorities no worries ^^.

If I wanted to implement it myself I would need to setup haos dev environment right? What I mean is, there is no way for me like some scripting console to do it just the one time in a automatic way?

Code to create the entities is all in the integration (in this case Powercalc). That's written in Python. Every start of HA entities are created by the integration. So that also means the necessary code needs to be executed each time on HA startup.
So there is no such thing as creating some entities using some one time script.

You can of course fork or copy the powercalc code add to custom_components directory and do the changes.
But it will not be an easy task if you are new to integration development, and you will also not be able to upgrade to new powercalc versions this way. You can of course create a PR if you succeed in implementing it.
