A user wrote in to the forum asking about the number of significant figures used in the browser. Phil investigated and found that the variant pages appear to be rounding AF to 4 significant figures. Example variant:
According to Phil, there is no centralized logic setting the number of significant figures associated with AF; i.e., AF rounding occurs on a case-by-case basis.
Could someone on the team investigate the various roundings of AF so that I (or someone else, if I'm out) can write a help page describing the number of sigfigs/precision used in the browser?
