Missing gyms will pevent Worldopole page from starting

Expected Behavior

Worldopole page should start, even there are no scans (gyms/pokestop/pokemon) done

Current Behavior

After a fresh git clone Worldopole page is running into an error when are no entries for gyms found in the database. "Error: No Gym found is your database" appears.

Possible Solution

Gyms, pokestops, pokemon not mandatory for starting Worldopole.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Installed Worldopole
2. Edited variables.json / config.php
3. Accessing Worldopole will produce the error above
