None of the installed mods will show up including custom songs that I already had downloaded

Believe I have the same problem. Is it because I have Steam as well? (I have set user.config to '2')

I have the same issue, I've made sure that Beatsaber is closed and tried multiple times but the mods don't show in game.

Just got it to work, I had to manually delete all the mods and then reinstall them.
