Original request came from Danny. Two sites are looking to disable the author archives because they are being indexed by Google, and that is uncovering college student work where students don't want it to.

Additionally, there was a security breach where attachment pages of media that was supposed to be protected by BU Access Control were still publicly viewable.
Attachment pages don't help us. They should be disabled.
Archives are an ongoing issue. It would be helpful to have a settings page to enable/disable these. Default settings should be added to BU Site Manager afterwards so that the proper options are set when new sites are created.
