search for "arbeitgeber"

Hello,

I have noticed that the search for "arbeitgeber" is quite static.

Let's take the example: Deutsche Bahn AG

The "arbeitgeber" is only found if you search exactly for “Deutsche Bahn AG”.
If I change only one capital letter to a lower case letter, Deutsche Bahn AG is no longer found. Even if I leave out the “AG”, there are no hits.
I assume that no user of the search mechanism takes the trouble to pay attention to upper and lower case.
