This was top priority. but ended up pausing for thought due to filename parser..

if someone name a file 'some.png er.jpg' with a space and filename inside it. could cause issues. not sure if you can do that. but how would i know when a filename has finished so i can start the tokenizer again looking for the chmod params.

anyways. the *= tokens need doing and there is notes in the TODO
