Directory named mailslurper-config.json created during c8 docker compose build #24

When I start c8 environment using docker compose as described in the readme, I noticed a directory called mailslurper-config.json is created under my camunda-demo directory? It doesn't seem to be hurting anything, but we should probably track down where this directory is getting created from.

Mail slurper auto generates this file if it doesn't exist. Can point to the existing file in docker-compose.smtp.yaml so it does not generate.
