No. I meant "Create new QA Docker images" for 7.23.

1. Applied the Declarative pipelines | point 3; attached the pipeline builds to the tasks breakdown
2. Fixed and merged this PR and the 7.23 pipeline is now visible in the failed-pipelined dashboard.

Added the missing pipeline.

PS: The build failures for the 7.23 pipelines are attributed to camunda.version.old still pointing to 7.21 and will be resolved with this task.
