Before the new Platform version is released, the documentation needs to be updated.
See Phase 3 in the Release guide. This includes:

We clicked around the docs and saw small hiccups, I will try to validate the behaviour and fix them:

• latest is 7.23, it should 7.22
• rest and javadoc - points to alpha5
• rest and javadoc for develop/7.23 is broken
