Is your feature request related to a problem?/Why is this needed
Since kubernetes published its enhanced scheduling support with CSIStorageCapacity, https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/storage/storage-capacity/
will Carina support scheduling with CSIStorageCapacity instead?

carina scheduling is a separate service, so watch for this feature before considering whether to add it
