Spurge flowers should be farmable

Spurge flowers are valuable to asthmatic characters since spurge tea prevents asthma attacks from occurring for a period of time (not sure how long). Currently, as far as I can tell the player can not grow them as they drop decorative plant seeds rather than dropping spurge seeds.

Describe the solution you'd like

Spurge flowers drop spurge seeds when harvested which can be planted to grow more spurge flowers.

Additional context

Ideally any plant that drops seeds or can be turned into seeds through the crafting menu would produce seeds for that specific plant but it was spurge flowers that recently came to my attention when I tried to plant some for my asthmatic character to produce a decent stockpile.
