  You'll need to submit <a href="http://www.illinois.gov/osad/Expungement/Instructions_Forms/Documents/Forms_/ExpungementJuvOption1Form.pdf" target="blank">some forms</a> to the court Clerk's office in the county where your arrest happened:

    <li>a Petition to Expunge Juvenile Arrest Record</li>
    <li>a Notice</li>
    <li>an Order of Expungement</li>
  </ol>
