v1.22.0 Near-Native Blocked Removal From Queue

v1.22.0 introduced near-native track blocking from Spotify Queue. The feature requires the Spotify Queue sidebar to remain OPEN. If not open, then the default song skip occurs, which is essentially just auto-clicking of the Next button.

How the feature works:

1. On song block, we check if the newly blocked song is in the queue. If so, then we tell Spotify to remove it from the queue.
2. On normal play-back, when a track changes, we check our list of blocked songs. If the current queue includes tracks from out blocked list, we update the Spotify Queue with the blocked tracks removed.

Note that there's a second part to this feature in the works for unblocking a track and re-adding it back to the queue if the track's previous position in the queue has not passed already.
