The new wet-bulb calculation on v1.1.0 is only valid at sea level; we should implement another, pressure-dependent, wet bulb algorithm.

This might be based on eq. 8a from "Direct Calculation of Thermodynamic Wet-Bulb Temperature as a Function of Pressure and Elevation" (Sayed-Hossein Sadeghi, Troy R. Peters, Douglas R. Cobos, Henry W. Loescher, Colin S. Campbell).
