Creating an extra room to host the extra queuing users will not automatically join them to the new room.

We have a full group room and 4 users queuing. Another counselor creates a room of the same type using the same queue in order to start a chat with the users that are queuing. When the room is created, the users queuing should join automatically in the new room, but they don't. They still queue for the first room, and the queue message says that "Number of rooms you can join from this queue: 1." even though now there are 2.

See User Scenario (D).
