Installing runtime dependencies during build

Hi!

I'm finding myself having to often add runtime dependencies to my build for Python projects where I want to run the unit tests in the build pipeline. I'm also not finding the test pipeline useful in this case because the unit tests for most projects are meant to run in repo (in the source code).

Am I missing something like an option to toggle that, or perhaps I'm missing an approach?
