ssh login issues

The first (perhaps couple) times I tried ssh git.charm.sh, it worked fine.

1. Then I started getting this:

$ ssh git.charm.sh
Permission denied (publickey,keyboard-interactive)

2. Followed by:

$ ssh git.charm.sh
ssh: Could not resolve hostname git.charm.ssh: nodename nor servname provided, or not known

Is 1. because of rate limiting, what is 2. about? Thanks!

I'm actully getting this too...

$ ssh git.charm.sh
[username]@git.charm.sh: Permission denied (publickey,keyboard-interactive).

Just tried to ssh git.charm.sh and it worked perfectly. Don't know what exactly the issue was or what fixed it.
