Draft content for CHEESE "textbook"

We've discussed adding topical sections to the CHEESE documentation (https://cheesehub.readthedocs.io) such as:

Topics:

• Network Security
• Secure Coding
• Cryptography

These would provide an overview of the material covered in the CHEESEhub scenarios and instructions for using them.

This issue covers a first draft at this section/chapter in the documentation. The draft could be created in Google Docs and eventually ported to Sphinx.
