As a Chef user, I want to be able to specify the key to use for Vault

Hello, I'm running into some issues using another cookbook to configure the Chef server. Its default behavior breaks compatibility with Chef Vault by replacing the default user key with a populator user key. I opened an issue there (hw-cookbooks/chef-server-populator#83) and I'm not sure where it makes sense to change, but thought it might also be worthwhile for you to be aware of this workflow; Vault is only able to read the default key (
