Per #122 Mentors should be able to say 2 slots available (or similar language).

Once a mentor has no open slots available, they should not show up in the default search.

It is acceptable to allow a search where you intentionally include mentors without mentoring capacity and get me even when I have 2/2 slots occupied.

I feel like this is different than #103 because it's not an active control I need to manage.

The portion of this ask not captured by #103 + #122 + #124 + #128 is having search let you optionally include users without capacity in searches.
