Updates to Releases

In an effort to start getting Tunarr to a place of stability + proper versioning while still maintaining our current velocity, we'll be making some small changes to releases.

The new setup is subject to change, but we're going to try it out for a little and see how it works.

Current state:

• All PRs go to the main branch
• Hourly on weekdays during US Eastern working hours, an edge release is cut and pushed to Docker + GH (container and binaries)
• The version is static and remains at 0.1.0, since we still consider ourselves pre-release software.

New state:

• Default branch will be changed to dev, with the main branch treated as "latest, relatively stable"
• edge builds will continue in the same manner, with the same tags, but be based off of the dev branch
• Periodically, either once we're comfortable with the state of changes in dev, have gotten feedback on the changes, etc, we will merge the dev into the master branch and create a new release. These will be tagged latest in Docker. We will also start versioning the master branch, starting with the initial build at 0.2.0.

Thanks again to everybody who has taken the plunge in these last few weeks to try out our extremely rough-around-the-edges project. We're hoping to keep making this thing better and better!

Quick add-on: my plan is to start doing this once I solve #537, and treat that as the last breaking change on the current setup.

I'd also like to get in #513 and #531 prior to the shift.
